"(1) The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke even though they promised the property was smoke-free. (2) They boast about “quiet times” but there is no staff around to enforce people to be quiet (there’s a virtual front desk- AKA no one is there) AND they failed to mention that the street car runs directly along the side of the building (in front of where our apartment windows were) every 30-40 minutes making so much noise you can’t fall asleep. (3) the street lights/building lights also glare into the apartment windows making it difficult to sleep even with the blinds shut (4)there are enormously loud tour trailers driving past the building every night on their way to Bourbon. Again- making it hard to sleep. This accommodation was genuinely the worst we’ve ever stayed at. We left a day early because we were getting sick from the smoke exposure and couldn’t sleep. When I called the help number to complain they finally (after some insistence) only agreed to a refund that would equal 10% of would we actually paid. I WOULD NOT stay here again."

"Loved our stay at Roami Factor Row in NOLA. Our apt was spacious and comfortable. I’d love to have a place like this in my home city! Everything we needed was thought of and available. Felt like hotel service (better than hotel actually) but felt like home. Would def recommend Roami to others!"

"This place was great for staying. Moving to the convention center, Bourbon st., Jackson Square, and French Quarter was so easy by walk. Room was so clean, and facilities were well prepared."

"Incredible location and great rooms. Virtual service concept worked mostly well. Supply shelves offer most things you need but there were not enough towels and once someone took an item, there were no more until the next restock. The full kitchen was also a great bonus. Would definitely stay again for the great location. Would recommend to a younger crowd"
