"Similar to most other reviews. Had AHS send them out first time took less than 5 minutes to look at inside unit said it was a oil leak. I've been contacted the original AC company that clean the coils, they came out confirmed there was no leak tested the outside compressor and confirmed it was that unit. Called trademasters back they sent another technician out also confirmed there was no leak and confirmed that it was the compressor. I was told that I would be contacted within a day or two, now 3 to 4 weeks later I cannot contact them and AHS cannot get them to answer the phone. I have tried 4 to 5 times a week to call them with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you're going through your home warranty company Make sure that they get a different AC company."

"My last 2 experiences with Trademasters have been excellent. Within 15 minutes of American Homeshield assigning them to our repair, we received a text and email from them offering an appt time. Both times, the appt was within 24 hours. The techs who showed up on both appointments were professional and knowledgeable, and repaired our issue same day (one was a broken part on our heaters and the other was a clogged drain). We will request them again when calling American Homeshield for AC/Heat repairs."

"I requested that American home shield never assigned trademasters, Inc. to me again. No call, no confirmation, no communication whatsoever. I was surprised when I saw all the bad reviews for this garbage company. I requested American home shield take them off the registry but I’m sure they pay for it but they do not deserve it. Good luck to homeowners who subject themselves to this type of service."

"American Home shield assigned them for my ac unit. They didnt return my call but instead sent me a text saying when a technician would be in my area. He said the blower motor needed to be replaced and they needed a 2x4 moved to gain access and said the warranty company would contact me within 24 hours. It took 2 weeks for them to submit the diagnosis and that was through several escalations by american home shield. The tech put in the diagnosis that it needed to be cleaned instead of replaced and maintenance is not covered under the warranty. I called them 3x a day and was only able to leave messages with no return calls to me. This company is horrible!!"

"The low reviews are well deserved. Took three days for them to contact us after American Home Shield assigned them -- all phone messages to them went unanswered. The first scheduled appointment came and went with no contact. No one answered the phones or responded to emails or texts. Scheduled again the next day, and he was 2 hours late. He told us there was a freon leak, and that he would have to contact AHS for repair options. AHS later contacted us with an entirely different description of the problem (submitted by the technician but not communicated to us), citing lack and maintenance and use of harsh chemicals, and denied the coverage. All of this is untrue, and we are currently awaiting a second company for a new opinion. I suspect the only way this company stays in business is because AHS automatically assigns them; I can't imagine anyone using this company on purpose."
