Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

"The people that performed the work did satisfactory work. The people that interact with customers and convey the problems associated with the vehicles are not quite up to explaining what is wrong with the vehicle and what needs to be fixed. Let me give you an example:. A vehicle was taken to their shop with a ‘Brake alarm’ problem. Next thing you know a radiator flush was performed and the belts were changed. The shop did get permission to do the work from two people (that aren’t that knowledgeable with vehicles). And nothing was mentioned about the ‘Brake Alarm’. They did fix the Brake Alarm by resetting the computer because the battery was disconnected and needed to be reset. They say they are honest people. Factually that is true, but here is the rest of the story. They will present problems/conditions in a way that makes it seems like it needs to be corrected immediately or bad things will happen. An example of this would be the shop says that the fan belts are cracked and needs to be changed ( right away). The fan belts did have some weather cracks. They needed to be changed but not at the tune of $400 and most likely the belts would have lasted at least another year. Another thing with the people from the shop that interacts with customers is that they need to be more listening and willing to admit things could have been handle in a better way. They need to remember that the customer is paying them. At this point in time I would not recommend this shop to anyone."

"I am a past customer at this service center. This time I needed a "check engine light diagnosis". The problem dissipated after the computer reset requiring no further action. I was not charged for this service for which I am grateful."

"Was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. They were quick in diagnosing my problem and suggesting repair options. Promptly made the repairs to my satisfaction."

"If ever there was a place that deserved a rating lower than 1 star it would be Tire Choice Auto Center. So when I called to see if they could replace my tires they said yes, but I needed to put a deposit down before they could order the tire, BUT I had to do that in person (couldn’t just take payment info over the phone) so trip #1 was to drive there and put a $400 deposit down. They told me tires would be ready to install the next day. I show up after work at 5 (they close at 7) and they inform me tires are not there but will be there the next day. Another day goes by - I call this time and they confirm that they have the tires and that if I show up at 5 they will be able to change them out. So trip #3 - bring my car, they take the keys and then around 6:30pm inform me they haven’t been able to work on it and that I’ll either need to leave the car or come back in the morning (which I can’t do because it’s a work week!!). I was extremely frustrated at the lack of customer service. I cancelled my order (they did refund the deposit after speaking with manager). And went elsewhere. For a company whose sole job it is to change tires - STAY AWAY from this place."
