"If i could give no stars i would for the technicians not being knowledgeable and having the training that is needed to do there job correctly!!!! First time i bought a tire at walmart i always go to my car dealer for service on my vehicle . I figured what harm what it be to buy a tire at walmart . Well Turns out a lot of harm if you pay to get the tire rotation/ balanced which is mandatory fee they require upon getting the tire installed by them . Huge mistake after leaving from getting that service my wheel and car started shaking once i hit 60 mps on the interstate never happen before i went to walmart auto center . Which is scary, and life threatening !!!! I went back to them the next day to ask them to check and see if they rotated/ balanced the tire i bought correctly or if it was done at all . The technician says the guy who did it was off and he rechecked it come to find out he said it was done wrong!!!! So this technician said he will correct the problem without added charge seeing how i already paid for this . I leave and get back on the interstate and what happens the same thing unbelievable !!!!!!! I then went to my dealership nissan the same day had to pay for rotate/ balance tire all over again they tell me walmart auto care center technician doubled the weight incorrectly for balancing the tire thats why it shooked !!!!! Im never ever going to walmart auto care center again i want a refund for my service that was not done correctly because of the lack of skills/ training of the two technicians i dealt with ."

"Lady said what's your tire size 275/70R18 She said that doesn't sound right I said look up the model she said it's not always accurate I said that's what I looked up in a Michelin tire she said we don't stock I have to order it that was my Q to leave went to NTB kenner where they actually heard of my tire size and even looked it up Walmart must not need my business"

"Made an appointment online for 3pm. Waited in line for 20 minutes and then was told that they don't have any oil filters and cannot do an oil change. I asked about just getting tires rotated and said it would probably take over 2hours because they are under staffed. Fellow was very friendly and nice."

"The amount of time you have to wait just for an oil change is ridiculous. Waited for 2 hours. The guy kept switching from car to car maybe that’s why it took so long to change my oil. Idk but I won’t be back."

"Sherman is the man! You have to pull around the back and wait under the tarp to get service (don't wait inside the store at the desk). took me quickly, my advice get there first thing in the morning. they installed the new tires I had ordered online and it was great. they even kept the best of my old tires to use as a spare took 1 star because they cracked all my hubcaps and they rolled away as soon as I hit a main street. my car is older so it's not a big deal but 5hey didn't say anything about it"
