"I’m glad you asked. I had a tire replaced. The service and the environment were great, but I hate your “non-cash adjustment.” You’re the only business I know that charges the customer extra to use her debit card. Not only that, the invoice I signed said $198.42, but when I got home and looked at the slip, I realized I’d been charged $205.36. It made me very upset. Also, and this is in reference to another recent visit to your store when I noticed that rain water had gathered inside my car’s door. The mechanic told me that all Corollas do that and removed the plugs. Then I had to do the same to my driver’s side door. I’m afraid eventually my doors will rust. Shouldn’t Toyota provide a better fix?"

"My car was damaged, and given it was an emergency I had no appointment. Ray Brandt told me they would help diagnose my vehicle in between appointments to help me out even though they were extremely busy and try to get me taken care of. My vehicle ended up being able to drive, but their willingness to help in a tough situation and so last second was amazing. Absolutely great customer service."

"This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this dealership. I came in for a simple oil change & to get my tires checked. I had an appointment for 9:15am. Checked in at 9:34am. I did not leave until 2pm. Apparently my technician couldn't find me despite the fact I was there the whole time. And instead of calling one of the other numbers listed on my profile, he called the same one, which is my friend's, not mine. When I did finally go ask why things were taking so long, I did not receive a real apology, just that he'd been calling me & couldn't find me. I always get the inspection report so I can see how everything is & what I need to replace. I really needed it this time as my front brakes are sounding worn. But I got nothing. Just a list of things that needed to be replaced and a total amount of the repairs. When I asked how much each thing costs, he simple added things up on a calculator. I kept asking repeatedly how much each item cost, but he just kept adding different amounts together. I never saw anything so I truly have no idea what is going on with my car. Also, I thought during a tire rotation that the front tires were moved to the back & vice-versa. I have one tire with no hubcap which is still in the exact same place as before the "rotation" I was giving which makes me think I paid for something that wasn't done. I finally just picked 2 random services from the 4 & was assured that my car would be ready in the next 15 minutes. An hour later, I can see my car just sitting out there & no word from my tech. I had to yet again go to him & I still had to wait while he was finishing my paperwork. I have never had such a horrible experience. I have no idea how my car is doing, I'm pretty sure I paid for a service that wasn't performed, and I wasted almost 5 hours of my day for something that should not have taken more that an hour & a half. If I ever decide to come back to this dealership, I don't want that man near me or my car!"
