"Daniel called me today to schedule an appointment for Monday January 1st. He called me 10 minutes later to ask if he could come today due to a cancellation. He arrived in 10 minutes and began the repair. He explained everything to my wife and I and repaired our refrigerator even repaired an additional problem. He also gave us instructions on how to prevent another issue. His service was excellent and I won’t hesitate calling him again for other issues that may happen. "I paid A&R Appliance Repair paid $476.10 in full to repair my wash machine door, (Yes, I should have just purchased a whole brand new washer for $600 but I live on second floor) but once he was paid I never heard from him. I had initiated all texts and calls for over two months questions about when he plan to return to repair my washer door. I was given every run around story you can imagine. Today, I gave up and ask for a fund refund. Please do not pay them until the job is completed and use caution when he tells you he has to ordering parts because they never made it in."
