"I made an appointment for my son, and when I got there, I was told they wouldn’t see him because they didn’t have his insurance information (I filled it in for the appointment and I had the card on me) and I was told they didn’t have his medical records (I got there 45 mins ahead of time and they refused to reach out to Ochsner to retrieve his records). They literally refused to see my 3 yr old."
