"When you call no one answers the phone after you speak with the call center rep. or return calls in regards to scheduling a appointment. When you leave messages on the website no one responds to messages at all. I will be requesting my medical records and letting my friends I referred to the clinic to do the same and find new doctors. This is horrible customer service and the clinic will lose a lot of patients because of these issues. I wish I could give no stars but that's not a option."
"Love Dr. Morgan, she’s so sweet and listens to all my questions without being condescending. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Also my new patient appt for my young daughter was rescheduled 3x . Considering changing clinic."
"I call on Friday 12/8/23 at 10am to discuss my medication concerns and side effects I was experiencing with my doctor (Dr DePaula). He not only failed to call me back, he left work early and his office failed to relay that message. Him neglecting to call me back is not my only complaint. Dr DePaula, decided to diagnose me with bipolar disorder after one 15min appointment after I had been sleep deprived for around 1.5 weeks. Such an extreme diagnoses without getting the whole story is frightening to say the least. He prescribed antipsychotics for sleep, antihistamines, that only work for up to 5 hours. This is after I mentioned my issues were with staying asleep along with falling asleep. He only suggested I see the psychiatrist after I confronted him about the diagnosis and told him, I wasn’t experiencing any of the symptoms of bipolar disorder besides irritability. He then became defensive like a child who had been caught jumping to conclusions. Last i checked irritability is a common symptom from lack of sleep. At the end of our second appointment he stated and I quote, “I’m just your general practitioner and I’m only here to diagnose sprained ankles and colds”. I do not recommend seeing Dr. DePaula. If this is a reflection of InclusivCare as a whole, I would stay far away."
"This is the worst experience of my life I had appointment it was changed by the office inclusive care I didn’t find out about the change until the day of my appointment so I accepted a new appointment but on the day of my appointment Saturday, December 2, 2023. On the morning of my appointment I was called when I was headed to the clinic. I told him that I was on my way, but It was bad weather that day the roads were wet and the traffic was heavy. I tried calling back to let them know I was going to be running late I guess due to the inclement weather. I did not get anyone to answer the phone because the phones just hangup I guess because of the weather being bad when I arrived at the clinic they told me that I was too late and they had to reschedule my appointment i explain to them I cannot miss no appointments because I am a kidney patient or missing any days at work asked to speak with a management it got worse she starts yelling at me across the room telling me that I have to reschedule and they close at 12 unprofessional telling me that they can’t do nothing about it but reschedule me new appointment December 23, 2023 a whole month later this is crazy"
"Thank you to Dr. De Paula and the nurses at Inclusive Care. Unlike a majority of my past medical treatment, I was listened to, cared for, believed, and received the correct testing to make a positive diagnosis. I have been suffering for years from chronic pain, which other doctors have blamed on anxiety and the psyche. But Dr. De Paula believed me, and I received adequate treatment and a treatment plan. Thank you for your kindness and quality care. Because of you, I am now on the road to recovery and can get my life back!"
