"Honestly just terrible, I got there at 4:15pm and didn't leave till after 8:15 pm. 4 hours there and tested positive for covid 19. They didn't take my blood pressure or temperature. And I didn't even seen a Dr. Just a NP. I would never go back there"

"(read to the end) Super quick, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. My doctor and nurse were both super friendly and helpful! Edit: NOPE NOPE NOPE. I don't know what happened, but the bald receptionist with an attitude apparently doesnt know how to look up someone's tricare account since we aren't given physical cards. He had the nerve to ask me "well how am I supposed to look your stuff up without a card?" I told him that we never had cards and it was something that they were supposed to train him on. He says "who's they?" Your BOSS...? He also WHISPERS people's names, and when they don't hear him, he bumps them off the list. Excuse me???? It's an URGENT CARE. Some people have health issues and can't hear. The entire waiting room of 12 people were also ALL complaining of losing their spot, waiting too long, or were just getting absolutely SASSED by this receptionist. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER come back here ever again."

"My 18 month old grandson went today with 102.4 fever. Look at ears and said they were good, did not swab for flu or anything else and sent us on our way. Will never go back. This urgent care will not make it if they don’t do better."

"I should have learned my lesson the first time I came here. I never leave reviews on places, even if I have a bad experience. But this is uncalled for, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOURE DEALING WITH PEOPLES HEALTH. The provider is so unprofessional. Today I go in with my two year old, cough, geeen snot, bad ear drainage with a bit of blood. This was the providers exact words “I can’t tell if it’s her tubes draining or an ear infection. Idk we’ll figure it out eventually. Y’all are good to go.” Like what? You were in here for 30 seconds. What about her cough? Snot? I’ll never come here again. Ever."

"Brought my wife in Tuesday morning for what looked like an infection in her throat/tonsils. The receptionist was great, very helpful and kind. The doctor however was no help. Prescribed anti-nausea and 800 Ibuprofen and said the virus needs to run its course, no antibiotics. No improvement for 2 days, so we went with a virtual appointment and the new doctor didn't understand why she wasn't given antibiotics after seeing a picture of her tonsils. The online doctor prescribed penicillin and my wife is steadily getting better. There are probably better doctors there, but not the one who saw us."
