"My check in experience was not pleasant. The employee did not speak as clearly as she could have and there was limited space for me to handle the documents, my personal things such as my ID, purse, etc. It was not a good start. My CT tech was fabulous and kind, and was training someone - I experienced no hiccups or what felt or seemed like delays because of that. It was simply seamless. I will say that the area in the back for procedures is a maze and it would be nice to have better signage and guidance to exit."
