Chase Bank

"At least 1 out of 3 ATMs are down on any given day. I go to this bank about once every 3 weeks and the drive through ATM hasn’t functioned properly in probably 6 months. But the staff I have dealt with have always been courteous and easy to deal with."

"Chase will do nothing but waste your time. I went to a different location to handle an issue with my account, but they said my mother had to be present to give her authorization. That’s fine, I understand and it completely makes sense. So my mother ends up going to her usual location, this one, and she explains the situation to them. They tell her that I can come in and request those account changes without her being present, that they don’t know why that other branch told her she needed to be there. So what do I do? I leave work early to come here to finally make those changes to my account. And OF COURSE!!! I’m told sorry, she needs to be here to give her authorization. For 3 weeks I have been trying to make these account changes and everyone at Chase keeps telling me something different. Don’t waste your time here. In fact, don’t waste your time with Chase at all. Just go bank with someone else."

"One out of 4 walk up ATMs working. That's ridiculous. 3 are newer and 1 is old as can be... Something needs to be done 4? Years after posting the review above I'm removing a star because STILL have awful ATMs. None were working so I couldn't withdraw any money."

"This has to be the worst branch. This is the closet one to me so it’s more convenient. But they don’t have a drive up and on top of that the drive up atm hasn’t been able to accept deposits for months. So that is extremely frustrating for a mom of two because I have to haul the kids out the car to the walk up atm. They could do better."

"I never have problems at this branch , it's always s busy one due to all the businesses they handle in the immediate area, which are plenty. I know this branch tries to take care of my account a d banking needs as fast and pain free as possible ."
