"This is the most unprofessional credit union. I actually called the 800 number and spoke with Alexis at Member Services.I inquired about a cashiers check. She was absolutely clueless. She tried reading to find out and then said "I think we do." I followed up with do you need an account with the bank or do you charge a fee? She said " I would not know that." I was then confused and asked well is there some there who would know? She said "I can take your number and have someone call you in 3 days." I was taken back and said are you joking? She then said "mam we do not have that information here at Member services." I said someone will call me back in 3 days to answer a basic question that you should know? That was absolutely ridiculous."

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no way to talk to a branch to ask a simple question. What size safety deposit boxes does the Airline branch have available for an existing customer. The only person you can speak to is the main customer service in Baton which was of NO help. I explained that it was an hour and 1/2 for me to drive to the branch. The customer service rep said oh well your only option is to drive to the branch to find out what boxes are available. I am going to drive to the branch to close my checking and savings accounts and go to a bank you can get a simple question answered."
