"This bank never answers phone calls calls, and the Robot Operator blames the "Corona Virus~Government Conspiracy", for not being able to carry out any standard business. It gives you a "Corona Virus web site" to go to, then hangs up. Wow..., this conspiracy seems to be working very well, by shutting the economy down, disassembling our structural grid, and creating complete chaos. Capital One is just another sheep following the wolf back to its den. What ever happened to customer service being the priority above all else?"

If you become overdrawn when accounts clear at 4 a.m., you have until 9 p.m. to deposit money without being charged overdraft fees. Phone app monitors balance and keeps notifications up to the minute. Great bank, great app!"
