"if i could put zero stars you know i would. i had an appointment for my daughter so i took her out of school. on our way to the appointment they called and told us we have no need to go anymore and they gave us the results through phone. however my daughter needed a doctors note to go back to school. when we arrived at the doctor the staff refused to give us a note and proceeded to say that my daughter still had an appointment and they tried to charge us. i calmly explained that a staff member had already called and given us results. the staff then got angry and slammed the window in my face. soon another staff member came to the window and said my daughter still had an appointment. i told her again that someone had called and already given us results. she proceeded to yell and point at me saying we needed to still have the appointment, pay 85 dollars, just to get a doctors after THEY had canceled the appointment. i left angrily having to explain to the school what happened. I am NEVER going back to this doctor and will never recommend it to anyone. ZERO STARS"

"We loved Dr.Toledo and her NP Jennifer and staff for many months! They were always very friendly and always were able to see my son. Until my son was 6 months old. He came into the office with a rash, and fever and they still wanted to continue his 6 month vaccinations. As a new young mom and someone whom is fully vaccinated. I trusted their decision and didn’t ever think to research vaccinations or question them. In the span of 1-4 days after vaccinations my son was in TX Children’s Hospital and almost lost his life to a blood born disease from the vaccinations he received while sick. He had a whole disease team working on him and trying to pump the disease out of his blood. Whenever we came back for a follow up appointment all the NP could say with a bright red face was “I’m so sorry” We immediately stopped vaccinating our son and he has been THRIVING ever since no sickness or issues what so ever he is now 3 years old. Toledo has also stopped taking “non vaccinated patients”."

"I love Dr. Toledo & her staff! My daughter has been her patient since she was born. She's 13 yrs old now & recently went for her yearly check up & they are still professional and caring. My daughter suffers from asthma and eczema & she sent her to specialist after just a couple of attempts to trying to treat her herself. Dr. Toledo is excellent!"

"I wait long enough to write this review, but I think is necessary that many parents know about this, so there kids can go to a safe and a professional place. My son was sick for probably more than a month always sick with fever, cough and congestions and never got better, I tell the doctor that he needs some test done to find out what was the reason for that strong cough that doesn't let him sleep at all, never did any type of test always telling me to get medication from the farmacy because she was too lazy to write a medication, I'm talking about a 15 months old not a 12 year old kid that. an take things from farmacy without prescription. please be aware that the his people can be just a nurse and not a doctor, good thing that I know something was wrong and I took him to another doctor where just in the first visit they order blood test, X Ray and other tests that should be done long time ago. Please make sure that where you take your baby and kids are professional and if they sent you to a farmacy for a medication and not a prescription find another doctor and keep your kids safe. Never again. the worst doctor ever."

"I don’t recommend this location for everyone! When I moved here it took nearly a month to get my youngest seen. Today I needed medical attention for my oldest and they refused a walk-in. To be honest just go somewhere else. Staff instead of asking asking for the reason I was there they said they didn’t take walk-ins with a terrible tone. I told her that I would wait for the doctor and explain that it was an emergency. Receptionist was annoyed and didn’t take patient first reaction and she didn’t page the doctor she just said that she was not going to be in till 9 and her supervisor was not available. Overall bad experience if it wasn’t for asking a mother in the lobby for a referral I would be stuck with an emergency bill."
