"360 concepts in ste200 is a complete scam to the employees I worked with the 360 concept office in nederland TX for 2weeks!! Yes 2 and NEVER PAID MY COMMISSION FOR THE 5 SALES I Had DONE WITHIN THAT TIME ($500) plus the sign on bonus ($400) -Three weeks ago , we were sent to new Orleans on a work trip to connect with our office there to sale spectrum Ok I was asked to drive my personal vehicle never even being offered reimbursement of mileage for a almost 200 mile trip. Get to a air BNB with the other three employees I carried there along the drive. Whom I had just met 2weeks prior It's a two bedroom with only one bed in each and a kitchen. So, four strangers are suppose to sleep together sharing a bed 2 to a bed for a entire week!! we arrived at 11p sun Mon at 8 we drive 20miles to the office. All in hopes of a sale ,no sale no pay at all not even a base pay for the time and mileage you spend. So by day two I was feed up and uncomfortable with the loading and sleeping arrangements I was told by new Orleans manager, "my attitude was reported poor. During my chat with my colleagues, off the clock while driving them 20 miles back to the office on my dime and time." I didn't even know my personal time was a factor as long as my work wasn't while on the clock In that meeting. Tuesday morning I Quit. but Friday I was never paid And no check was /hasn't been sent to my home. I'm still owed $400 sign on as promised,because I made the company 5 SALES . Which clearly means I'm an asset to the office (or at least I was enough asset to be asked on a out of town work trip) I'm also owed the $500 for the actual sales made with confirmed installation that were all logged in the meridian system used. I'm a widowed mom that was scammed out of my time for nearly Three weeks and never paid my $900 for both my sign on bonus promised and the earned commission. Shame on spectrum for hiring third party companies that lie to people and get free work from them. also shame on 360 concepts for not paying me. I'm new in Texas and that was a horrible stamp to put on the jobs here"
