For those without insurance, we offer fixed self-pay prices, with a maximum charge of $255 for visits.

In light of the freezing weather, our Houston clinics will close at 6:00pm and have a delayed opening tomorrow at 11:00am. However, our Austin and San Antonio clinics will be open regular hours. At Next Level Urgent Care, we never charge if we determine that your condition requires treatment in an emergency room.

"Went in this morning not feeling well, was greeted very promptly and nice by Cynthia, Courtney & Brenda. Sign in process was very quick and easy. Was in a room within about 10 mins. Courtney came in and got all my vitals and information and administered needed tests very gently. Tina Marie the NP came in and visited with me (very nice lady) explained everything to me and gave me a treatment plan. They all wished me well on my way out the door. In and out in less than an hour with excellent service! Would highly recommend them if you are in need of an Urgent Care Facility."
