"I visited WellFast today and the service was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the service was professional and compassionate. Jeannie took her time with me and made sure I was taken care of. Anna was an absolute sweetheart and was very thorough during triage and when giving me my shots. I would rate 100 stars if I could!"

"Insanely strict weight loss policies! I was turned away after wasting 45 minutes of filling out paperwork and talking to staff, then being told I’m “not a candidate.” I’m about 35-40 lbs overweight for my height. They require 2 lbs of weight loss each week regardless if you’ve lost inches (which is the main goal). Completely empty waiting room. How are they still in business? And why is this doctor in this field if she clearly doesn’t want to help?"

"Went here for weight loss checkups. They seemed great at first but the dr. did not want to meet with me at my 1 month weigh in. I could hear her and the nurse discussing me in the hallway very loudly. Then I was brought a prescription that I was not suppose to have for longer than a month after they made a big deal about how strict they were. I tried to explain that I wasn’t allowed to have another month of the medicine but the nurse wouldn’t listen. I’m not going to fill it and also will not be going there again. Very incompetent. I just wanted to have the weigh-ins to be able to be held accountable so that maybe it would help me lose weight!"

"I had such a great experience this morning with my annual well check! As a new patient, I only had to fill out 2 pages of information. (Much better than the 50+ that I'm used to at other offices!) I did not have an appointment, but as a walk-in on a Saturday, I was able to be seen within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The nurse practitioner who saw me (I believe her name was Keagan) was very invested in my well-being, listened to and considered my health concerns, and seemed to be very knowledgeable and capable. Usually at a doctor's office, you then have to go sit in the lab room for 30+ minutes waiting for a nurse to come and draw blood. Here, Keagan just walked with me to the lab room and took the blood sample right then. She also said she would call as soon as she got the results and discuss if she saw anything related to my previous concern. I was in and out of the office in 45 minutes, I felt well taken care of, and I dealt only with friendly people the whole time. I'm definitely doing next year's well check here too!"

"I absolutely love the staff (unfortunately some if not most of them no longer work there) and the hours are super convenient with my busy work schedule. All the convenience of a emergency care facility but with doctor office copays. I would give them 5 stars but I'm recently disappointed because I changed employers and WellFast does not take my current insurance. Also, my husband raced after work on Saturday because he gets off early that day and was able to make it there before they close but they changed their hours. A letter to their patients, or voice recording, or even changing the "times open" on the web would have been nice. Lastly, my three star rating is because I do not know the new staff as well as I did the last group that worked there. I'm not sure why all of them left but I question when more than one extremely good worker leaves a company in such a short time frame. Will I return? Most likely yes but it's mainly for the hours opened."
