"This place is amazing! I took my daughter one evening after sitting in St Mary's waiting room for 5 hours and not being seen. The team at Peoples Urgent Care were so amazing to me and my daughter, we were in and out within 45 minutes. The place was really neat and clean. Everyone was nice, patient, and welcoming. Thank you fuys so much."

"I currently work in the petrochemical industry and we currently deal with tons of different contractors, suppliers and associates. But nothing else make's me more proud when a local company runs their business in a professional manner, a very experienced Nurse Practitioner-Kasim's bedside manner and knowledge made my visit less stressful and he wasted no time to addressing my symptoms. I'm that person that is very cautious who I support and affiliate my name too, but PEOPLE'S Urgent Care is someone I would refer and put my name beside their facility. I will continue to use them in the future! Regards, Bobbie Netterville"

"I’m on the fence about this one. While the customer service was top notch, i came in with a possibly broken foot. Was greeted by friendly people and taken back quite quickly. I was told it would be a telemed visit because the physician wasn’t there, I was perfectly fine with that. Prior to x-rays being taken, the assistant triaging was on her cell phone, and while it not a huge deal, she incorrectly wrote my vitals lower than they were on the machine. My BP, Pulse, and HR she incorrectly wrote. As x-rays were taken, i was told there were questionable areas possible fractures, and i had bone spurs on my big toe. But they were sending the x-rays to their radiologist. I received a call not long after i left, and said the x-ray was normal (thankfully). I called and asked for a printed copy of the x-rays, as we picked up (it was nearly closing time they waited for me to get there) My fiancé grabbed everything from them. I tried multiple times and two different computers to see the x-rays but i can’t pull them up any way. I got the report from the radiologist saying that the x-ray was completely normal no abnormalities. Which doesn’t seem correct to me as i was told at the facility that everything wasn’t normal. My foot has only gotten worse and i am going for a second opinion. While the timelyness and customer service are over the top amazing. There needs to be better more clear communication."

"I went in for a simple blood pressure check to be documented for a new health insurance policy. I was told on the phone that they could do it, showed up and the NP was not there and will be there in an hour. I waited an hour and then was told that they could not do my blood pressure and document. The person at the check in was very nice but was talking to the person in charge on the phone. I could not get a real answer why they could not help me but in retrospect I realized that they are not interested in cash paying customers, the person at the desk asked me a number of time if I had insurance; I finally snapped to the fact that these places are in business to overbill the insurance companies for a simple service and that is why there is an urgent care clinic on every corner. I'm sure if I wanted a covid vaccine they would go out of their way to accommodate so they could charge the government. Not sure why they could not do my BP and sign the form as I see no liability in the activity. Ultimately they did not want to help me. Not impressed, simple stuff. I sat there for an hour and nobody came through the door so I figure they'll be out of business soon enough"
