"Scheduled an appointment here for the first time. Had my dog booked for well over a month. Figured if they were able to do creative grooming/hair dye, surely they could groom a cocker spaniel. Dumb of me to assume that, I guess. I paid $60 + gave $10 tip. I originally had her scheduled with Bre—who I knew was experienced as an acquaintance used her before. However i was bumped down to a “beginner groomer” without my consent, and I already had a $15 non refundable deposit in place so I couldn’t cancel it. Got my dog home, and it was one of THE WORST grooms she had ever gotten. She is extremely cooperative for grooming and has always gotten good reports the last 11yr of being groomed, used to be a teaching tool at the vet clinic, and i used to groom her myself when i had multiple other cockers. She is very accustomed to being handled. She had been bathed but was still wet on her back legs. It looked like she had been cage dried or air dried bc her hair was curly. She had razor burn and cut on her. Her crown on her head was shaved off even tho I asked them not to, her ears weren’t shaved or trimmed, her face wasn’t shaved, her paw pads weren’t shaved, her tail hair was left long (she has a docked tail) she wasn’t blended, her paws weren’t even scissored. Literally NOTHING was done on her. I called the next day, they told me they couldn’t give any refunds-not even half, not even my tip. NOTHING. They wanted me to bring her back in to be “fixed” or to be credited for a bath -not even a full groom… if you didn’t do it right the first time, I’m definitely not bringing her back to subject her to piss poor standards the 2nd time. I am beyond disappointed and if they didn’t know how to groom a cocker spaniel they should have told me so prior so I could have brought her elsewhere. I had pictures scheduled with a photographer that weekend that I had to reschedule bc she looked absolutely awful and now we have the horrible waiting period of growing it back out. I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous."

"I wish I could leave 0 stars . I highly do not recommend. How my dog came home vs how she went . Also she have cuts on her belly from their razors . This was not her first groom but this was her first time there and they completely messed her up . The color is horrible too. For $90 . Such a rip off . I also dm the owner he only read the message with no reply . Wow"
