"It's listed from Google that it closes at 6pm. There's an altered sign by the entrance stating it closes at 3:30pm. Can Google do an update for everyone else that doesn't know this, please?"

"Well it’s UPS and their failure rate for myself personally and my business has been the worst experiences and continue to disappoint time and time again. Unfortunately they are the only choice sometimes so really nothing I can do. If I could only give negative stars, man that would be great. Their employees could care less about any of the inconveniences and negative impacts their blatant incompetence causes to you or your business. If you can’t tell I feel as though UPS sucks more than all parcel services (even USPS) and should not be allowed to harm us all as they continually do. UPS is terrible…did I mention that already?"

"Thieves and liars. Constantly telling them my business does not open before noon, have my companies put a stamp on the packaging to not be delivered before noon. Never puts slips on door and Constantly having to pay for double shipping. If I were you I would choose a different delivery service."

"Ups is horrible, my doctor ordered my supplies thru them and was post yo be 3 day shipping, on the 4th day I called the company that my doctor place the order thru and they the tracking says it was delivered at my front door, I look for the package and no package, then I looked at my ring door bell didn’t a ups truck passed on my street!!! I called the 1-800 number and they investigating and going take another 5-8 business days, that’s a long time with out my medical supplies. They is horrible, online they have open till 6pm and was closed at 4pm today"
