"Ordered pizza for delivery at 730. By 930 we still hadn't gotten it. We took into consideration that it's the weekend, it's Mardi gras, and it rained. So we decided to call (multiple times) to get an update and no one would answer. Then we decided to just go get our pizza. Well they hadn't even made our pizza! (And to preface they were not that busy at the store.) And they said delivery orders were canceled due to the weather. But not once did we get a message thru the app or a call saying this. We decided to stay and wait for them to make our pizza and they still couldn't get our order together. The workers seemed very stressed and/or inexperienced and had terrible customer service when they did answer the phone. After waiting another 30 min to get our order another customer came in with the same issue. This is not ok. Especially when we spent almost $100 on pizza."
"Really slow to get the food and bad customer service. Also the pasta primavera came only the half of the plate, which is very disrepectul when you paid for a whole portion. Very disapponted experience in this Domino's Pizza in New Orleans. Try improving customer service and giving everyone the same good treat if you want the business to succeed, otherwise the only thing you will foster is disappoinment and rascism among people there."
"Meh.. is the best way to describe this experience. If you are out of all other options, this would probably be a good last resort. The food was hot and they did ok in terms of quality - they charge extra for handmade pan crust. We ordered 3 med pizzas and the one with Alfredo sauce was the worst as there was too much sauce slathered on. The location is a bit shady with some homeless people hanging around the streets. Tip: Try to stay on Canal street if you walk to this location and avoid the parallel streets. The service was good and they are definitely trying hard. However after calling them I was directed to order via the app (I asked if that was an option) but the Dominos app was not able to complete the order through the app with this location. When I was there waiting for my pizza I heard them deal with an irate customer whose pizza was delivered to the front desk but the customer claimed someone else picked up the pizza and so they had to redo it. The front desk lady handled it calmly. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best… Food - 7 Location - 7 Service - 8 Atmosphere - 7 Value - 7 Overall - 7"
