"I recently used this local cab service for transportation and wanted to share my experience. While I appreciate supporting local businesses and cab drivers, I encountered some issues with the service. Firstly, the customer service representatives hung up on me twice, which was disappointing. Additionally, they were unable to provide clarity on whether the cab driver could issue a receipt or explain how ride costs are calculated within town. Furthermore, I found that most of the cars had a strong smoke smell and were not well-maintained. The ordering system also seemed inefficient, requiring confirmation through multiple calls with both the operator and the driver. On a positive note, I found the flat rates for airport transfers to be competitive. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of service efficiency and customer communication. In conclusion, while I appreciate the efforts of this local cab service, I believe there are areas that need improvement to compete with companies like Uber and Lyft. With some adjustments, I'm confident they can enhance their service quality and provide a more satisfactory experience for customers."

"Called at 5:41 am to get picked up to go to hospital on Napoleon Ave. Called every 10 minutes until 6:30am. Never called and never showed. I will never use your cab again. My best friend owned many United Cabs 20 years ago. Gaby LeMann! She died! I guess that is when it went down hill. I used you kast on Feb 12 and it was a great ride until I requested one to pick me on Dauphine Street but ignored by most United Cab but the American came quickly. I will call them I.Thefuture.."

"I called united cab for a taxi to be sent to the natchez riverboat dock, it was pouring rain and my daughter and I were soaked and freezing. I was quoted a pickup time of 10 minutes. After about 20 minutes the driver called to tell me he didnt see me. He said he was right out front. I walked around and looked everywhere and said I didn't see him. Finally after minutes of this marco polo game he exclaimed that dispatch had given him the wrong address. He said he knew where it was now and would come pick us up promptly. We waited about 30 minutes until calling again only to learn that it had been canceled for some unknown reason. If I had not called we would have waited all night. They said they would send out a different cab and that they had the right address this time. I waited again and 20 minutes later the EXACT SAME CAB DRIVER CALLED TO TELL ME HE DIDN'T SEE ME. I again gave him the address and gave a detailed visual description of where I was, and again he said I wasn't at the location. Finally I told them to forget it and contacted another cab company and we were quickly saved by someone who knew what they were doing. Long story short, this company was worse than useless in helping my daughter and I get to our hotel. I can only imagine how it would have gone if we relied on united cab to get us to the airport. Use at your own risk."

"I called the phone number listed on the website requested a cab. I was also quoted the cost from the website. When I got in the van the driver tried to say that it was state law to charge me $36 flat fee on top of fare. Now that’s crazy when the website advertises a flat rate of $36 for two people. The way that I fussed and was like that’s not what the operator quoted me. Then I was given the correct flat rate ."

"Stayed in New Orleans for New Years Eve! Our driver was wonderful and picked us back up at 1:00 am from downtown. Very knowledgeable and great customer. Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!!!"
