Domino's Pizza

"On 2/14/2024 at approximately 11:15 pm I made an online order for bacon and jalapenos cheesy bread. I picked it up at the drive thru window. When I got home and started to eat there wasn't any cheese, bacon or jalapenos just bread that was not completely cooked. This is my 3rd bad experience with this Domino's location!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I had to get a credit bc the last pizza I ordered from here and picked up was so raw the cheese wasn't even melted. The very nice manager gave me a credit which I attempted to use tonight. I go to pick up my pizza. I was told 10 minutes. I was then ignored for over 20. When someone FINALLY acknowledged me it was to tell me that my pizza had to be remade bc the driver took it. When I finally got my pizza the rest of the order was ice cold. I was told I could either take it or wait another 20 minutes while they reheated it. This Domino's is complete trash"

"I just need to leave dominos alone. Every location is just filled with lazy staff with attitudes out this world and messed up orders. I get the most simplest order on earth and it’s still messed up EVERYTIME with an excuse or no accountability. NO GARLIC. how hard is that! I get to window. She tells me I can’t pay with my phone - Apple Pay or tap through the drive through. Leading you to have to get back into the street. A street light. Then a u turn. Then back to pull back inside the other part of the lot to walk inside. I am here with kids. Why would I drive at night to come and get down when I’m specifically coming to the drive thru for a reason. She had more attitude than anybody and as I’m asking her if my pizza has garlic before paying she walks away and shuts the window door in my face. I proceed to wait and ask again Of course there’s garlic on my pizza. EVERYTIME. and yes it’s a big deal because just as everyone else requested they’re pizza toppings and choices I deserve to not have garlic if I don’t want garlic. It’s simple. Stop making people drive for carry out because your deli every system takes 2 days. And we pickup to get wrong orders still. Come train these people !"

"Man this place horrible!!! Customer service is horrible. These people had me waiting for a pizza I ordered an hour ago. Say that pizza is gone when I’m the one picking it up"

"The picture on the left is what the bread bites should look like and the one on the right was what I got. They were so dry and taste old and that garlic butter sauce was off. They also forgot the side of marinara for 32 bites, go figure. The pizzas were okay, but there's def something off about the dough bc the crust tasted weird."
