"We received a used pool from a friend and we had to set it up ourselves in our backyard. We didn’t know a single thing about pools but when we went to duckies, we asked about 1 million questions and every single question was answered. They were able to provide us with a lot of information that we didn’t even think would matter, when it comes to installing and maintaining a pool. They were able to give us every single chemical that we needed and show us how to use it properly. One of the guys was able to give us in full detail information about all the chemicals and why and how they work . I continue to go there every two weeks to get my samples done for the pool chemicals and the same guy still continues to give me information that is always needed. All the people working there are very friendly and helpful."
