"I was very disappointed and astounded when I witnessed on the phone my boyfriend earlier today being racially profiled. I wonder if this is how you treat black males who are educated, hard-working, already have a concealed carry license, and have no criminal background whatsoever coming into your establishment. He was literally in scrubs coming from work as a dental assistant, and you want to call him these discriminatory, offensive words? Your response to him under this review shows how uneducated, malicious tactics, and poorly supervised business and manager/owner you are. The fact you called authorities and are now threatening to call the police on him because he wanted to get his firearm and even called afterward to set up an appointment to receive it is ridiculous! What type of business are you running that racially profiles? And if you need help understanding what that is, let me tell you: targeting individuals for suspicion based on the individual's race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin. Don't worry. We won't be back, and we will be sure to let other individuals know not to do business with you, not because "he cant come back" but because you are the perfect example of someone who is a fascist.
