"They did not contact me after the 90 day mark and either kept all my items or gave them away without a courtesy call. I was surprised when I called to pick up my items that they were not phased. Although a contract was signed stating I have to pick up the items after 90 days, it’s unprofessional not to call your client who has designer items with you and give them away, donate them or keep them for yourself. I called about two weeks after the date and they refused to give me back any of it. The merchandise that was sold, I had to wait to get a check for a month because they didn’t have a checkbook. This was also extremely unprofessional. They kept around $800 worth of stuff."
"I an appointment to come in an place my items on consignment when arrived There were a few customers I was handed some papers to sign and instructed to have a seat , unfortunately I was told the lady had to see was busy and could not talk with me , and she would call and set a price later Well that never happened!!!!! I received a text later with a price half of what Liz had quoted me I tried calling and nspeaking with some one no"
"Use to be my favorite consignment shop, but my last visit has found me not wanting to shop here anymore. Prices has gone through the roof, and yes I know the difference between consignment and thrift store. Beautiful pieces too. But a little bit pricey."
"I appreciate the deals. The staff was pleasant but after spending money there, I was not allowed to use the ladies room. I have multiple sclerosis and have trouble with that issue but when my daughter asked for me for a restroom, we were denied. I think that’s reprehensible."
"This store is a gem. They have everything you ever wanted here at excellent prices. Some items still have the tags attached, others are new or in almost new condition. I love their accessories and handbags as well as designer room!! You could spend hours in here as it’s most definitely the friendliest shop in town. Love Love Love"
