"I have been shopping at this location for many years. I got to know all of the workers as well including some of your DM’s. The new mgr Ms Lena, is among one of your best managers that I have had the privilege of dealing with. She is always kind and caring with all the customers I have seen her work with. I took time to upload this review because I feel she really deserves to be noticed for all her hard work. I have had the chance to observe how she works so patiently with customers and staff. She is constantly organizing the store to keep it looking great for customers to have a great shopping experience. It’s always said to give people their flowers while they are living so I am letting whoever reads this review that I just wanted to give her, her flowers. I stated before she is one of the best mangers I have the privilege for dealing with at St Vincent."

"I love coming into this store. You can’t beat the bargain bin in the front, 10 items for $15. The tags are all color coded and depending on the color and the day you get at certain percentage off and one lucky tag color makes everything only $0.99! On an Orange Tag day, I got a brand new pair of Nine West tan suede booties for less than a dollar… The staff is always helpful and patient. If you see something in the back through the open door that you like, the manager will even price it out so you can purchase it then vs when it makes it to the floor."

"Wow!! This place is ridiculously overpriced! ...and I'M from MINNESOTA! Where EVERYTHING is overpriced! $6.35 for athlete's foot? Mmmmm, nope. $5.00 for a used muffin tin?? Hard pass!!"

"This is a bad place to donate to. I tried to donate some house wares this morning. The employee was so rude I couldn't accomplish it. You'd expect staff at a charity receiving donations to be polite; think again, they're not even civil. There are lots of other charities in the area to give to. I don't recommend trying to give to this one."

"The little old lady that was working Saturday was on a power trip. Wouldn’t let me buy a stereo that was already on the sales floor because they needed to check to see if it worked. Two other employees helped me and tested it to see that it did work but the older lady refused to sell it to me. Told me they needed a manager to check it out after already seeing it worked. She told me to leave my name and number and they would call me and hold it until then. They did not call me. I went in this morning to see it was on the sales floor with a sales tag that was dated from Saturday. She gave me a billion and one reasons why I couldn’t buy it on Saturday. Awful customer service from her. The other two employees I could tell were also confused and frustrated with her."
