"So I tried to go in there at 6:36 they had the doors locked. Mind you they don't close until 7. They worker came to the door and told me they were closed and the only way I could come in is if I knew exactly what I wanted. I could under understand if it was 10 minutes before but, almost 25 minutes is not right. I understand people want to get off early but you should follow the business hours."

"Women's clothes prices are as high as Macys on sale sometimes. I've noticed that twice now. And they seldom seem to mark down pieces that aren't moving, could take months. But its a good cause, nice people. I will still donate there, but doubt i will buy much there again."

"My husband and I just bought two chairs from The Purple Cow! One for our bedroom and one for our livingroom. Very nice chairs! The look great in the rooms! I saw a beautiful picture there also! Our kitchen has an apple theme. Unfortunately we have no room for another apple picture! Oh well some one else can enjoy the apple picture! It was really nice though....."

"It was clean and very organized, they did note force us to wear a mask or give us any hassle about not wearing one. They have very good prices. The specified colors are marked $ .50 there everything from furniture to china dishes, vases, religious decore, basing, mens, women's and children's clothing, school uniforms on their own rack and old sewing machines nice table lamps and a nice shoe and book department. The employees are helpful and sweet. A good place to take the kids but I didn't any see toys. Oh you get a punch card that goes towards 20% off your next purchase and a punch for every $10 you spend. I love this store and will be going back."

"This secondhand shop is one of three of my favorites in town. They recently reconfigured their layout and it is wonderful. This thrift store is evenly balanced for good finds between housewares and clothing. Not as much large furniture, but that's typical for Baton Rouge. The prices are fair, the clothing quality is great, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Lastly (and most importantly) this is a thrift store that DOES do wonderful things for their community."
