"I purchased a 43-inch LG television during a promotion, which was on display in the physical store, for an attractive price. In the store, the TV was turned off during the exhibition. When making the purchase, I was informed by employees that there was no box or remote control available, as it was the last unit of this model available in the store. I agreed, given the brand's reputation and the advantageous price. During the transaction, I asked the attendant about the possibility of a return. He assured me that I would have 7 days to return the product if I was not satisfied. However, when I got home and turned on the TV, I found the screen completely damaged, making it impossible to view any content. I attached a video demonstrating the defect. When trying to return the damaged device, I faced resistance from the employees, who refused to accept the return and made the refund difficult, insisting on exchanging the TV. The store manager, from the Baton Rouge store, demonstrated extreme rudeness both during the purchase and the product return process. I noticed a reluctance on the part of her and her superiors to follow the standard return procedure, constantly mentioning the need for approval from someone in a higher hierarchical position. After three hours of waiting, I was unsuccessful in returning the TV and receiving a refund. I am awaiting a response from a higher authority than Manager at the Baton Rouge store. I do not intend to give up on the return and refund, and, if necessary, I will take legal action, as it is my right to recover the amount paid. It is important to highlight that the employee who made the sale confirmed that the TV was turned off at the exhibition and reiterated the 7-day deadline for returns. I consider this company's behavior to be extremely dishonest and, therefore, I will not do business with them again, nor will I recommend the store to other people, I will be sure to tell them what happened to me."
