"VERY OUTDATED AND NEED UPGRADES ASAP FOR THE MONEY THEIR ASKING FOR. THERE IS AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF STRAY CATS AROUND. AC UNITS, stove, microwave and w/d ARE FROM THE 1800'S.. DON'T MOVE HERE."
"Just called to get details about renting there the lady was extremely rude cutting me off while i was asking questions and seemed bothered she had to pick up the phone and do her job... and they REQUIRE cats to be declawed WHICH IS ANIMAL ABUSE or pay hundreds of dollars to not have your cats hand cut in half basically! I will never support a place that requires animal abuse to live there and Its completely wrong to charge tenets extra money to NOT harm their animal! Management needs a wake up call on this requirement"
"This place is the worst. When my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and started chemotherapy we needed to put a few safely devices into her bathroom. The women in the office fought me on ADA compliance every step of the way. After the manager told me “shouldn’t she be put in hospice” they finally let me put a raised toilet seat and a shower hose. We weren’t comfortable mounting a safety handle because they made such a fuss about the devices being non permanent. Eventually she went into remission and although she was glad to be alive she was extremely depressed. Her doctor suggested a pet and since she has a friend who works with a cat rescue she decided to get a kitten. The office fought us the entire way making my mom, her friend and myself jump through hoops. We submitted her service animal prescription, and the vet records for the 2 kittens she was deciding between just in case. The office required more documentation that the vet could not possibly fill out considering he is not a psychic. Since I am a disabled veteran and long time service dog owner I called to explain ADA and psychiatric service animal laws to them. I was told by them 1. Cats can’t be service animals and 2. Doesn’t she have terminal cancer and shouldn’t she be in hospice. A few days later my mother received a letter from a lawyer threatening her. Between my mothers depression, anxiety and frequent unexplained falls that had her hospitalized her doctor told me she could no longer live alone. So we gave the office the note from her doctor cleaned her apartment out and now she lives with me. Not only did they not return her deposit but hey sent her a bill for damages (aka normal wear and tear of an apartment occupied for 4 years). When I called the office to let the manager know that I have a video of the apartment after we moved her out I was met with the usual rudeness and of course the manager wasn’t there."
"Good apartments for a good price. When I first moved in my rent was 765 then it increased to 870 by the time I moved out for a 1B/1BATH. Overall I’d say the environment is fine, no robberies of any kind when I was there. Only problem I had was my neighbors that ended up moving in. The walls are somewhat thinner than usual and I could hear all of their music that they loudly played. I contacted the office about it but honestly I feel like nothing was ever done other than them receiving a letter. Not sure what the letter said but they didn’t care because they continued to play loud music. Also the other thing was I was never really sure when the pest control man actually came. At first I’d see him maybe every other month, then slowly but surely I never saw him or got a slip of paper stating he had stopped by to spray. But other than those two things it was an ok experience fore me. Maintenance was nice and timely with fixing things, and the front office was always nice/answered the phone and my questions."
"Good place to live with a good mix of people. Some folks have lived here for years. Apartments are a bit dated, but the maintenance staff are prompt and helpful. It's nice to live somewhere, where your mail is safe."
