"Calling in to my home store(Williams Blvd.-Kenner is DISGUSTING and a waste of time. They’re so unhelpful and lack customer service. I literally have to get every issue resolved by calling the 1-800 number and waiting for a district manager to reach out. These last seven months with this company has been the biggest regret of my life-if I hadn’t already invested so much money into my item I would literally have it delivered back to their front door. Never again! I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy. I will cash in my life’s savings before I ever make this decision again.(Doesn’t even deserve A STAR!)"

I filled out and submitted the application to get approved for leasing, and I was PreApproved within maybe 2 minutes tops… I was extremely surprised because I have been trying for the last probably 2 years and I have been denied more times than I could ever remember or even count most likely… but I gave it a shot even though I really didn’t think I would get approved at all for anything even, and it surprised me so bad I was speechless for a minute when I saw that they had PreApproved me for up to $1,600 or $40/weekly"
