"This place DISCRIMINATES against pregnant women! I lived in a one bedroom with my husband and was told I had to get out or be forced into a two bedroom all because I was having a baby. Worst place to ever live!!"
"Lived here 7 years and it’s the best place you can find in Kenner and New Orleans area. The grounds our kept up very well, they have cleaning people out every day, sweeping and picking up trash and making the place neat. The new maintenance guy is by far the best maintenance guy you could ask for anywhere. He fixes things in detail and makes sure that everything is working great! Rarely have to wait on anything or be fixed. Front office is always polite, kind and very helpful! We love the private patios, and double door security to get in and out. Two wonderful pools cleaned and was just updated last year. Great Ponds and trees, sitting areas to enjoy. Quite neighborhood too, with huge fields to walk dogs, close to levee to enjoy bike rides and walks. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Seasons"
"When I first moved into the apartment I had to pay an admin fee for cleaning. The apartment was not cleaned at all. I had to clean it myself. I lived on the first floor and bugs would get in the apartment. I called and complained to the office about flees in my apartment which I didn’t have pets. They advised me I would be responsible for the pest control. The person that lived above me had cats so the flees where coming down the chimney. The rent increase every lease renewal. The air condition stayed broken. I would not refer anyone to these apartments. When my lease was up in March I got away from there. I still have the pictures of how the place was nasty once I moved in. I can’t attach them here."
"If I could rate it less than one star I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I do not care how desperate you are to find an apartment, DO NOT LIVE HERE. My A/C has been broken on and off for about three months now and they refuse to fix it. They've literally told me to "get shades inside to block the sun," as if that's a solution to why my apartment is 87 degrees. When calling to complain an emergency they say, "we can't get anyone out to you until tomorrow but I'll write you a maintenance report," which doesn't help anything, and then the cycle begins the next day. The people in the front office are incompetent and do not know what in the world they're doing and that's the nicest way I can put it. Nothing is updated, the bathtubs are plastic and disgusting. I think they have 2 people on their maintenance staff total. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Don't say you weren't warned."
"I never really had a problem with the place since I knew what I was getting into when I was looking for just a cheap place to live. Never had many complaints until Hurricane Isaac came through. I cleaned everything, packed up, and left for the week Hurricane Isaac came through the area not thinking anything of it. I came back (on the 2nd) to find a notice to pay rent on my door, and with there being a STATE OF EMERGENCY and that I had to spend a lot of money on evacuating, was a little tight with funds. I thought to myself that I was never late in the 2 years I have lived there and with the natural disaster they are bound to offer a grace period or some sort of relief. I was completely wrong. I went into the rental office to find some fat angry woman that said if I did not pay on time that I would be charged a late fee. This is fine under normal circumstances, and again, I have never had a problem paying before but was hoping for some sort of relief. We still don't have power and I still can't live there at the time of this review! I can't believe the nerve that this blood sucking "company" has. Absolutely no compassion or sympathy. I will not be renewing my lease and will be posting similar reviews on every media site I can find to keep people away from this place and all Tonti properties in general. Since I am leaving a review anyway, the property overall seems to be kept fairly clean. The "rules" they have are not enforced very well though and every weekend during the summer there are 20-30 people parties around the pools (non residents) that make tons of noise. My A/C broke 3-4 times so far and keeps having to get fixed. The last time it was fixed it now makes a loud humming noise and leaks all over the front porch. Parking is a nightmare if you get home anytime after 6pm, I will have to park 3 or 4 buildings down on some days. The rental staff is very ignorant and is rarely helpful if you have to speak to them directly. They will just tell you to put a ticket into the "inbox" and just repeat it over and over like a retarded parrot."
