"Good place to live for retired or young professionals with pets. No kid/family friendly play areas besides the pool. Dog poop problem throughout grounds. Excellent club gym- simply all you'd ever need. Friendly staff and maintenance workers. During hurricane Ida, power was back up in 4 days. Edit- I've lived here almost 5 years now. They have had multiple management replacements over a few years, and not all front staff are as friendly as before. A few were downright cold and rude, though I'm unsure if they still work here. Maintenance is still great. Trash pickup and parcel pending aren't reliable anymore. The compactor is frequently broken, and the valet service won't pick up without it. I have been fined for trash sitting out when they've failed to pick up and no warning provided. All mail delivery services just leave parcels on the ground in the parcel garage. Management hasn't addressed this other than to say it's not their responsibility. I would like to see them take control of the situation as it's a security risk for the community packages. Lighting around the property takes a long time to be replaced when burnt out. The outdoor sewer system has grates with holes big enough for a small child to fall through. I've asked this to be fixed multiple times, and it hasn't been for over a year. Pot holes are common in the parking lot."

"I love living at The Retreat at Juban! The modern, gated, apartment complex is quiet, beautiful and well maintained. The managerial staff, Jennifer, Mia, and Chelsea are outstanding! They are professional, knowledgeable, and so welcoming and friendly! They work beyond the call of duty to please and accommodate the residents. The maintenance staff is professional, knowledgeable, and well mannered. Residents enjoy the two dog parks, the dog spa, along with our own free car wash! The pool and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. The gym has modern equipment and has a view of the pool! I love the valet nightly garbage pickup outside your front door, Sunday through Thursday! Juban Crossing Shopping Center is across the Blvd. Rouses, retail stores, fast food restaurants and sit down restaurants are nearby and convenient! It is truly living in Paradise!"

"I love this place so much!!!! Never had a problem, extremely safe with someone patrolling 24/7, staff so kind & attentive, fun socializing & events bi-monthly, clean salt-water pool, pet-friendly, best gym I’ve seen in an apartment complex 24/7 hrs., awesome grill with propane included, and MOSTLY- no drama! I literally feel like I am living at a retreat center. Very appropriately named so thankful for my stay here it feels like a vacation but it’s where I live. Been here since August 8 of 2022. ❤️"

"The best place to live! The office staff (Kayla, Amy & Chelsea) is great! Always willing to help and truly care about their residents. The maintenance staff (Jeremy, Haley & Dash) is also amazing. Work orders are always taken care of in a timely manner and they do such a great job at keeping the property looking too notch!"
