"Management is the worst I’ve ever experienced, trash and dog poop is everywhere. My dryer has been broken for over a month and can’t get in touch with anyone. I basically had to hold rent to get in contact with them and then the clerk or whoever I was talking to really catch an attitude. Then have the audacity to send a me email to refer people here."

"I moved to these apartments for reasons that were out of my hands. I like the area and the apartments are decent but my biggest issue with this complex is that the leasing manager will always get in contact with you when money is involved either way but the moment a tenant brings up maintenance issues it gets disregarded, ignored, and unattended to. The maintenance guys that work for complex has the worst attitudes and does not even care to listen to your complaints about maintenance repairs or replacements. I have lived in several different apartment complexes and have never had a problem with maintenance. The irony is that it is usually one of the first things I consider before moving anywhere but again this move was beyond my control. More or less, a choice I had to make with my back against the wall. I usually don’t bother if it’s something I can handle myself because I’m just that type if person but the issues I’ve raised since moving has been completely ignored. However, I am contacted when some sort of payment is concerned. When I moved in I found out the dryer was inoperable, then noticed the fridge drawers and shelving are cracked, missing, or not fully functional, and the crack in the bathroom ceiling. The crack in the bathroom ceiling has gotten worse since moving in which I’ve expressed that concern as well. I am now seeing that the breaker box switch for the master bedroom trips ever so often; I just go and flip it back but this could be a serious electrical issue. The only thing that has been tended to is the dryer. That alone is a longer story because it took them a month before even getting that replaced. These are my only complaints so far but it’s a pretty big one for me."

"I lived there with black mold in my apartment. The manager let me out of the lease and turned me over to the credit bureaus. Be ware of living there unless you want respiratory problems like I have now. I’m am reataining an attorney Monday morning. They are ridiculous wanting to lease molded apartments. I do have proof of the mold because I sent samples to a doctor. He and I still have them on file."

"I wouldnt even give them a one how about a zero. How are u gonna call a person to set up a meeting to view the property tell me imma send u confirmation then never do so i call and I'm waiting and no one even knows I have an appointment to view the property I see why the previous person left the comments they did and the community dosent look like the pics more of a hood nation. Glad i sae the poor service and customer aervice before i dared to sign a least there. Wouldnt recommend this place to no one. They need a better method of handling things my time is valuable then u tell me you gonna be there and your late and expect me to wait way late for you when ths property agent should be there way before u but I have to wait 30 mins on you. Anyone having interest should run far away I wouldnt recommend this place to no one"
