"This apartment complex is awesome hands down! It is such a wonderful place to live and very affordable! I love how peaceful it is here and the residents are all nice people! The staff/managers are wonderful as well they will work with you if you come across issues getting into this apartment or if you are living here and you need an issue resolved they are here to help you and that’s one of the big reasons I love it here so much!"

"My family thoroughly enjoys living at Village at Juban Lakes. With the new management, they are making positive changes in the welcoming environment established here. The maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and policies are strictly enforced to make everyone's living experience enjoyable. The only reason why I gave four stars and not five is because of the property security. Even though there are cameras by the office, there are none around the rest of the property. Also, the main gate always seems to be broken, which defeats the purpose of a gated community. For example currently it has been broken for a month now. Regardless, I would still recommend this establishment to anyone who asks!"

"I am in LOVE with my new apartment! I was in a time crunch and Brittany did EVERYTHING within her power to get me in by that time. She not only exceeded my expectations but got me in even earlier. The property is Beautiful, the staff so helpful and friendly! I thought I had an issue which turned out to be a user error, but the maintenance man Mr.Dean was here to correct it and he showed me how to use it in a matter of minutes! They have all gone out of their way to do things to help my daughters and I move in and get adjusted! We haven’t been here 30 days and there has already been a community activity held at the office for my children! I feel safe and I’m proud to say I’m a member of the Villages at Juban Lake community!"

"I have been here for almost a year now and the apartment layout is good and Britney in the office has been great at helping when I need but I had A/C problems spanning from June-September with a window unit to cool a entire 2 bedroom apartment and now for the past week I haven’t been able to use my closet because the entire rack with all my clothes fell. Reported it the same day and just keep being told that the work order is in but a week later and still not fixed and now I have to be inconvenienced with someone else trash and furniture blocking the area due to them abandoning their stuff. I had high hopes for this place but have been disappointed in how things have been handled."
