Hidden Oaks Apartments

"I lived here in 2016 when that complex was under 12 feet of water. ALL bottom floor apartments were submerged for 4 days. Hopefully they were able to clean up the BLACK MOLD. I'd check if i had a first floor place."

"The complex new HOA company - Lewis Companies is absolutely horrid! The Management company that handles leases, rent and individual condo maintenance is wonderful. The exteriors and outter property area is handled by the HOA and they are horrible! Rust and peeling paint on railings and stairwells, mold growing on the siding and window shutters missing and broken. The security gate has NEVER worked in the 4+ years I've lived here. The parking lot pavement is horrible and the pot holes haven't been "fixed" since last year during a downpour so the patches didn't hold. Most of the individual condo owners live out of state and have no idea of the condition of this place. For what we pay in rent, it shouldn't look like section 8 housing. It's disgusting! DO NOT RENT HERE - the price and headaches from HOA are not worth it!"

"Beautiful condos in great location.my 4 stars instead of 5 was because my upstairs neighbors..ungodly stomping day and night been going on 3 years..and having issue getting thru to homeowners association for some resolution. Beside that they are beautiful ,well taken care of condos.clean shaded grass areasamall tree for kids to play and 2 pet stations for walking your pets."
