"I've live in Silver Oaks since it's opening 5 years ago. Sadly not renewing my upcoming lease because of the new property owners/management. Any time there's an issue that needs management's attention Jessica and Alex both have GINORMOUS attitudes. I've had several maintenance requests just go unattended and nothing repaired. There's trash all over the property constantly and the pool is never cleaned! Save your money and rent elsewhere, because Silver Oaks is NOT what it used to be when first opening."

"The place is beautiful , and the reception staff are good. But they have a manager called Alex. He is very provocative and makes you feel like he is enjoying himself when he imposes a late fine on you. He has no customer service skills. I advise you to read the contract carefully because you will be surprised by the size of the fines that you may incur. He is the worst person you can deal with, but the rest of the crew are very friendly"

"When looking for a place of my own for the first time, Silver Oaks was a property that checked all the boxes off my list. I was looking for security, friendly management and plenty of amenities. The move-in process was easy with credit to the staff. Definitely will continue referring the property!"

"From the moment I applied, the staff and management at silver oaks have been nothing but accommodating. The units are a great value for the price. I have always felt safe and welcome in the community. The walking trails and pool area are some of the best amenities around. Alex , the assistant property manager, has been nothing but gracious and helpful with any requests. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is apartment hunting."

"LOVED living here and literally hate to leave! The complex was always clean and well kept, the pool area and grills were always in great condition and available, and I’m actually a bit spoiled now from their trash valet service! Their team was always immediately responsive for the few times I needed their help, and their maintenance staff were prompt to repair. Only reason why I moved is to get in my kid’s school zone otherwise I’d still be there!"
