"Avoid living here at all costs, very rude and unhelpful office workers. Will raise charges randomly as well as find new things to charge you for that used to be included. One of the charges that was added was trash (used to be included in lot rent). I now pay what it costs to have a dumpster at my house for a trash can and my trash has not been taken out in the last 2 months, While I have still been charged for it. If you are looking to live here please look somewhere. There are many better options in Lake Charles."

"The office would have been less than a star if the Google let me do that. I’ve never written any bad reviews before, but this place definitely derseves one. The management is very horrible. I have been asking the deposit money for 4 months, and they always come up with excuses, just to avoid the payment. If the manager sees this review, which I doubt that, please give me back the money as soon as possible like how you guys wanted people to pay the money every month. Thank you!"

"This is a horrible place to live. The new owners went up on our lot rent within a month of them taking over. Paying $300 a month, you would think we would have security, clean water and street lights. The new owners are money hungry savages all they see is Dollar signs!! Dana and Nick try their best but we know they have no say so in this matter. If you are looking for somewhere to Live, run in the other direction!!! The new owners, do not care about the tenants here all they want is there a $300 rip off on time!!!"

"This review has been edited to reflect the current state of things. When new owners bought the park, the lot rent went up $100. In addition to the rent going up, the amenities lessened. Rent going up can be seen as reasonable when state of service is maintained or increased; however, that is not the case here. The park for the kids has been removed to make room for more trailers. The owner is not interested in creating an updated an safe amenity for the families who live there. Management has been making a noticeable and increased effort to communicate appropriately with the tenants. This is appreciated."

"WORST PARK EVER! Never had a problem until this new management came in. If I knew things would be this way, I’d have NEVER moved here!!! Definitely looking to get out ASAP!! They are money hungry and the rules are absolutely absurd!!!!! Literally walked in the office after calling 10+ times to see them sitting in chairs doing NOTHING. they don’t pick up the trash when it’s scheduled. They’re LAZY when they do pick up the trash. This place has become a nightmare. Then they want to up the lot rent to $300 a month with nothing extra... the parks they compared our rent too have a park/ swimming pools. We have people who are NEVER in the office, don’t pick up trash on a normal schedule, people who’ve come in and with NO notice changed EVERYTHING! Highly disappointed!!!!"
