"So much for Hilton Diamond. They wouldn't give me my digital keys until you go in and swipe. I was so annoyed I was ready to walk out. Somehow they can't finish checking in until you swipe, but can't cancel you either? I missed this was a college dorm room at premium prices. Never at Tru again. Kudos to the front desk clerk, she has skills, she should be in charge, cause the manager isn't cutting it. Update: they jacked up check out this morning as well."

"I’ve been traveling for business for a while and decided to stay at a Hilton for the first time. This was the most disappointing hotel by far. My room was not properly cleaned. No coffee pots in room but you have access to some cold/stale coffee in the lobby. No microwave in the room as well. Also in the lobby. “Sylvia” Front Desk was least accommodating and made up her mind that nothing could be done to meet my needs for business travel."

"Overall our stay was good. It was quiet, friendly and the staff was nice. The area is clean. Our room smelled nice and was also clean. Only thing I would’ve like better will be the bed. It was a bit too soft for my personal preference. They also have a shuttle to take you to the casino on Fri/Sat and feee breakfast which wasn’t to bad. They also provide law enforcement discount which is always a big plus for facilities to offer!"

"Motel is Very Nice. Beautiful curb appeal. Was slightly disappointed when they said No coffee pot or microwave in room. But was told that there is coffee in lobby at all times. Yes this is true. But the coffee has been stone cold the 3 times I have been down there. At 2Pm 6Pm and 10 PM!! If you are not going to provide coffee pots in room. At Least keep the dang coffee hot. Or have a microwave down in lobby to heat it up!! Will stay somewhere else next business trip"

"The beds were hard, pillows were cheap, and the floors were sticky. They stayed the hotel is dog-friendly but provide no visible walking arra for dogs and no trashcan or bags for pet waste. The walls are also paper thin so I heard the neighboring guests all night including whay they watched on TV. Very uncomfortable stay."
