Yesterday, the way that I was greeted and welcomed in was so refreshing & inviting and the manager went above and beyond to help me with any questions that I had. This is the way it should be everywhere. I had been to other places earlier in the day and it was a far different experience. Highly Recommend!!!!!"

"Was visiting my mother on Oct.26, 2022, I can hear the conversations that the Manager had with my mom over the phone. Let me tell you this,The manager was very rude and disrespectful. My mom was complaining about her neighbor's grandchildren running up on her porch and playing by her door now mind you I'm watching this. I'm watching the children run up to my mom's door. I didn't say nothing but I was upset. What made me more Angry was the manager's tone towards my mom and telling her that she does not own the porch or the apartment and I'm thinking as long as my Mom is paying rent here this is her apartment and her porch can you tell the people children to stop playing over here and being disrespectful. And mind you we do know children can come outside and play and visit their family members we have no problem with that the problem is children should not be on nobody else's doorstep playing and knocking things over my mom has a camera on her front door.The Manager is very rude and needs to be replaced."

"The staff here is very disrespectful and they will go through your things while you're out. Cought them coming out of my apartment. I questioned the staff they literally shrugged off and did not do anything about it."
