"absolutely horrific experiene. i travel every week for work and i must say this by far was something out of a movie. i was injured with a glass door falling on me in the shower. they switched my rooms than charged me a random smoking fee when i dont smoke when i asked for evidence he had none but still charged me and responded with "be grateful i switched your room" none of it made sense. the managers manners were terrible. never would i reccomend this place"

"It is very irritating when a business advertisingis having something and then upon arrival it's not available. The breakfast buffet was very important to us and it proved to be pitiful. Be online pictures are deceptive. Will not stay again."

"There are a few newer Hilton hotels in the area, but for the price and location, this is a great spot. So many industries and customers in the area, this hotel had easy access to all of them. A restaurant was within walking distance, I should try it next time."

"Nice facility, clean & professional. But the check-in process is what nightmares are made of. Absolute THE WORST experience this well traveled individual has had yet. It took them no less than 30 minutes to check in 4 individuals that already had reservations, For 3 separate stays I have 12 charges on my credit card, 9 of them declined because their credit card machine "is acting up." For some reason I had to give her my rewards number FOUR times when trying to check in. I'm bewildered at how a professional hotel can be such a disaster at the front desk. If I have to walk 1/2 mile to the next hotel, bags and all, I'd still get checked in quicker at the next place than here."
