"I've been living here almost a year now.....the apartments are nice,management is nice, the problem I'm having is my toilet stays stopped up....I call, they come, get it unstoppable, then less then 6 weeks later, same issue. March 25 I had to call again,they got it unstoppable, then again today....maintenance came today, put the snake through, didn't work and he left with it still stopped up...what am I suppose to do now! It's after hours...I called the answering service, they said they would call Karina and I asked for a call back...been an hour b ow and my toilet is still stopped up and no call!!! Very unhappy here! PLZ GET SOMEONE TO WORK ON MY TOILET!!! I SHOUDNT HAVE TO WAIT TIL TOMORROW!!! Update, they finally fixed the toilet but now today it's the same problem. And now I'm told if it continues I will have to pay to fix it!!! sorry, but I'm not going to pay, I will move first to some other apartments!!! New update...woke ip this morning to no water...wthFIX THE PROBLEM RIGHT AND WE WOLDNT HAVE AN ISSUE!! I'm not happy at all!!!!!"

"I’ve been a good tenant since moving in, December 22, 2022. Now because I had a little financial problem and had to pay rent a little late, I’m being evicted. I’m not trying to get out of my obligations but at least they could work with me. I would like a chance to be a better tenant but they seem unwilling to help a person when they are trying and a little down. Tried to pay rent but account is locked."

"I moved here because I’m disabled due to a very serious and very rare disease, after losing my mother. I’ve been seriously harassed because of false accusations by tenants who don’t like me.. I’m 42 years old and don’t look sick but I’m deathly ill. Except for an incident that happened in the apartment complex by someone I DO NOT associate with anymore, I’m very quiet and stay to myself as I’m extremely fatigued most of my days. I may be evicted over something that I didn’t do or have anything to do with because I used to associate with the person that caused the problem and the problem didn’t even occur at my apartment.. I don’t think I’ve been treated fairly at all since I moved in. I have nowhere else to go and I have no one... I just want to be left alone to live my life the best I can without anymore drama from neighbors and harassing warnings"
