"These people clearly don't care about there tenants .. Their units are old and outdated management and owners are rude and unsympathetic... My father lives in the apartments in Nederland on S17th street in the smallest unit they have over there... Well he became disabled and is unable to walk not to mention being a senior citizen sick at the moment... Well the apartment beside him came up for rent and he wanted to move in there so after "several" failed attempts to get in touch with the office the owners finally call me back and I'm literally talking a month later after me calling them everyday only to tell me that the apartment has been promised to someone else and that it would be too much trouble to have to make both apartments ready... " Who cares if your getting paid"? "Well here we are a month later and I see a ad for that same apartment for rent... " My dad is on a fixed income and the place is really all he can afford and now he can't walk so he is dependent on a wheelchair and the unit he is in now is so small he can't get up off the couch cause there is literally no room... They are just poor people to rent from... When things break they just replace with old appliances... But the dishonesty and rudeness is no wonder they only have bad reviews..."
"Being charged almost $400 cleaning fee between carpet cleaning and house when this is how I left the apartment. The owners are additionally very rude speaking but I will not upload those pictures here of the text."
"I am utterly flabbergasted by how I was treated and tricked! The lady I spoke to was very nice, but I ended up paying out the rear for application fees with some of it glitching up and being told I might have to start the whole process over. FYI if you have ANYTHING on your background, do not waste your time or money. I got denied for a PENDING charge that I'm pleading not guilty for and have not been convicted of. I was told this morning that I would receive a call back in 5 minutes and don't receive the bad news till I called them back... All around disappointment"
