"Kemp Properties(Shay & Britni) has been GOD sent! My son is a college student at Lamar University(Beaumont) & I live in Houston. They made the leasing process so easy. With me being out of town it was important to me that my son and his roommates were in good hands. During Christmas break, their house flooded due to busted pipes from the winter storm & they notified us immediately in Houston. Again they were very helpful and assisted with the insurance process. Even though they swiftly repaired and treated the house for mold prevention; MOLD showed its ugly face. Again we were in an unlikely situation 2 weeks before the Fall semester. I reached out to Shay & Britni and they didn't disappoint. My son and his roommates were moved to another house. Kemp has been SUPERB!! They have truly treated us like family."

Its comfortable, in a good area, close to the schools and in close proximity to shopping and other amenities. Affordable and good management. Lastly, the office staff is one of a kind. They are personable and truly care about you as a resident. I never feel like I am "just a number or apartment" to them... they know me and care about how I am doing! They are always willing to work with you and help you out as much as they can.
