"Trying to sleep? Don't worry. Your neighbour with bass boosted speakers in his 2010 Nissan Altima will sit right outside your apartment all hours of the night to keep you up ♥️ But other than that, great and affordable place to live."
"Apartment complex is always clean and management is great, also so helpful with any issues that I had the maintenance man would take care of the problem fast. Pool is always clean. I enjoy living here for so many years and felt safe at all times."
"These apartments need an upgrade nice on the outside no but on the inside rooms are small closet space is small the apartment manager Rosemary is rude as hell... maintenance man Junior is a very hard worker we appreciate everything he did for us he needs help can't expect one person to take care of all the work and he does it all but Rosemary needs to change her attitude dealing with tenants, in my opinion, she needs to be fired be careful with mice may be in your unit check every corner ever opening"
"In the first 24 hours of moving in I had to move my family out due to a horrific roach infestation. If you were planning on moving into this complex, I would highly suggest checking out other options or investing in a warehouse supply of roach killer for a simple one bed one bath apartment. I was very disappointed in every aspect. I've rented from multiple different complex's in Nederland and I've never encountered anything so disgusting as that unit was. The place was crawling with 100's of them. No exaggeration."
