Mr. David Tran is a greedy slum Lord. There was no smoke alarms, no handicap accessible wheelchair ramps, my son is in a wheelchair and it tore it up... He put down that I only put $1000 deposit and I destroyed all kinds of things. Turned me over to collections 2 years after I was evicted saying I owe him $6600. What a joke..I went to speak with him to let him know he needs to remove me from collections are the City of Nederland will be giving him a surprise visit, and he will be fishing out a lot more than $6600 ."

I asked him to fix it .AC handler is supposed to be boxed in . I asked him to box it in Now it sucks air from attic and I breath that air .He told me it is too much to fix .He said I could move .
