"It’s the worst apartment to live here in port Arthur area. The management is the worst, the lady who works in the front is so mean and rude. My A/C was not working for 5 days and they haven’t fixed it and when I called them to put a work order she hung up on me rudely. I wouldn’t even give 1 start if that’s possible."

"I don't know what to say believe it or not it is the worst apartment I ever been in.The Ac leaks all the time and when we give them a complaint about the Ac leaking or the stove not working they send the mantaince after 2 months or tell you to do it online."

"Lucky to get 1 star. Stolen catalytic converter off of Tundra after 3 days of moving in. Office could care a less. Management sucks with everything. Had everything paid off when husband left. Turned keys in and signed paperwork. The lady that was supposed to put in file, failed to do so and is now retired. They are now screwing us for a re-letting fee $800. We are plant workers and are from out of state. Another office lady said they tried to call numerous times which is a lie. I have cell phone receipts. Now is in collection. I'm sure we're not the only people. Beware people when they send to collection they get paid too!! SCAMMERS"

"I have been calling because my AC has been out for at least 24 hrs. My apartment has been 85 degrees all day but it’s not hot enough to be an emergency to fix. So from Friday night to Monday my family and I get to be uncomfortably hot. I pay too much in rent to live in a dump. It’s got to get better than this!!"
