"This place has no communication chain. only person able to be reached is immediate housing manager good luck speaking to anyone else if you have a problem "beyond her control". Their humanity level is zero. The a/c went out in my mom's trailer. My 68 yr old mom who has respiratory, and Cardiac issues, my 5month old nephew, 3yr old niece and their mom all live there in a 3 bed 2 bath trailer. And they were told that because 5000btu a/c window unit was provided that they should be able to live in there for the next 3weeks while they wait on a piece from China to fix a/c. The room still registered 98 degrees with fans and the little a/c running on high and this was at night. causing the family to have to find a more humane living situation until it is resolved. This Company in turns sends my mom and niece to eviction court for non payment of a place that they can't live in. Because in their eye that little a/c was enough. This is Louisiana in a heat wave where the daily heat index is 107 to 115. The numbers provided does not work. Emails don't get replied to. Only communication is with a local housing manager who says "it's out of my hands they (upper management) makes the decisions" It's like AI is running the office. I do not recommend it to anyone especially the elderly or families that need humane treatment."
