Fairview Crossing Apartments

"I lived here back in 2016. I loved my apartment and the neighbors on the side of me and both below me we all watched out for each other we became like a little family on that corner. My apartment was the last building in the front by the gate to the other apartments and 5th Ave. I never had any problems there. It didn't take long for me to get approved an to move in maybe two weeks give or take. The girls in the office were always so nice and sweet to me and worked with me on anything needed. The maintenance man was cool also if there was ever an issue he would come tell us give us a few days to do whatever needed be done he would take my son ride around and help him in some of the apartments. I really loved living here. And the apartment was very nice loved it"

"For one they will try to scam you out your money because I got told that you have to pay a extra $100 if your background got rejected ,, they make up excuses and lies just for you to wait longer and longer about a background check will actually tell you something bad about your background check or credit knowing you have good credit or a good background. Give you a whole bunch of run arounds to sign extra papers dealing with unnecessary things. If you wanna pay your deposit with them … don’t do it cause your waisting your time with them."

"Office manager and boy sheriff wonder kept the people who live there divided. Actually, it would be a better complex if stuff wasn't patched up."

"Take lots of pictures before moving in,especially the carpet! It doesn’t pay to clean up when you move out because they will still keep your deposit! Make sure to read your lease very carefully!"

"These apartments have balconies and hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, which is nice. There is a pool and playground for the kiddos too."
