"The tour was awesome and mrs. Angel has worked so hard to accommodate me an my partner Update: my partner and i have lived here for a few months and everything has been awesome. The apartments are great and the staff are all kind and very helpful to the point their manager even takes it upon herself to pick up trash when she has time. 10/10 i have an will continue to recommend commons at mcneese!"

"The complex is well kept and the units are newly renovated. Maintenance was friendly and timely with issues. Finding parking could be difficult during football season. Laundromat needs repairs often and there are usually not enough washers and dryers available for all tenants. However, these are small issues and I liked my apartment! Regular pest control was done, two pets allowed, and reasonable rent cost with the option to use Flex financing was great!"

"Angel, the property manager, is amazing. She is so helpful and cares about her tenants. Any issues you have, she will go above and beyond to do her best help you. Mr. Maintenance ( the maintenance operator on property) is wonderful. He makes sure he gets what ever problem you need resolved. He is so knowledgeable and just a great person all around. They both are. They made my experience living at The Commons a wonderful one. The pool is so quaint and perfect to get some splash time in rather it be for yourself or with the kids. Always clean. The property is well managed."

"I love my apartment. It is a very calm and quiet space to live especially if you have young children. The staff is very friendly, ready to help you. They respond to maintenance needs very quickly as well. I enjoy staying here & I like that they are updating the complex & making it look nice. I recommend anyone to come stay here. I never have any issues."

"The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are lovely. Maintenance is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool is always maintained beautifully. My only issue is the after hours situation. There is an emergency number, but noone ever comes or responds. Also, we have talked with the office regarding our neighbors being loud and no action was taken."
